Payrate: $70 on c2c/ $60 on w2
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead with expertise in SAP S/4HANA data migration and SAP Migration Cockpit. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end data migration activities, including data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and loading into SAP S/4HANA. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and functional teams to ensure high-quality, accurate, and successful data migration during SAP implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP data migration activities for SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects.
- Analyze legacy system data and identify data quality issues, duplicates, inconsistencies, and missing records.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading (ETL) into SAP S/4HANA.
- Utilize SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit to migrate master data and transactional data.
- Collaborate with business users to define data requirements, mapping rules, and migration strategies.
- Develop data mapping documents, migration specifications, and validation reports.
- Coordinate multiple migration cycles, mock loads, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
- Validate migrated data and resolve migration issues before production deployment.
- Work closely with SAP functional consultants across FICO, MM, and SD modules.
- Support data reconciliation, testing, go-live activities, and post-production support.
- Prepare migration documentation, status reports, and knowledge transfer documents.

- Exposure to Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures (M&A) projects.
- Understanding of SAP data governance and data quality best practices.
Qualifications
- 6-8 years of SAP Data Migration experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of SAP project implementation experience.
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
