Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in SAP Activate methodologies. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects in a dynamic environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple stakeholders and drive project success through effective planning, execution, and monitoring.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end to end project lifecycle using SAP Activate methodology.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Facilitate project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues that arise.
Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure success.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
Mandatory Skills:
Extensive knowledge and experience with SAP Activate Project Management.
Proven ability to manage large scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in project management tools and methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Familiarity with SAP solutions and technologies.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
Experience in change management and organizational transformation projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
15+ years of project management experience, with a focus on SAP projects.
Demonstrated success in leading complex projects from initiation to closure.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage competing priorities.
