Job Duties:
Lead the functional and data design for secure agency-level financial reporting. Define reporting requirements, organizational hierarchies, data-segregation rules, row-level security, reconciliation criteria and acceptance measures while preserving the existing enterprise reporting baseline.
Required Skills:
5+ years in reporting, analytics, data security or functional data design.
Experience defining row-level security, role-based access and organizational data segregation.
Strong SQL and data-analysis skills.
Experience with cloud data and BI/reporting platforms.
Experience performing source-to-report reconciliation and defining test cases.
Ability to translate business reporting needs into functional and technical requirements.
Snowflake and federal financial data experience preferred.
Clearance: Able to Obtain MBI Clearance
