You will work closely with senior SAP leadership functional leaders and delivery teams to ensure SAP platforms effectively support operations growth and long‑term transformation.What Youll Lead & DeliverSolution Architecture & Functional LeadershipOwn the functional architecture for SAP solutions across modules including FICO MM SD PP WM and integrated third‑party applicationsBring deep expertise in Finance and Sales process design to shape end‑to‑end SAP solutionsTranslate complex business needs into scalable SAP functional designs aligned with enterprise architectureDevelop and maintain solution documentation including process flows functional specifications architecture diagrams and configuration standardsProgram & Stakeholder LeadershipPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements facilitate workshops and identify gaps and optimization opportunitiesLead functional activities during SAP implementations upgrades and enhancementsProvide governance and oversight for configuration decisions custom development and data migrationServe as a trusted advisor to business leaders on SAP capabilities roadmap alignment and solution tradeoffsSupport SAP leadership with team coordination prioritization and vendor or consultant oversightPlatform Strategy & Continuous ImprovementEnsure SAP solutions align with best practices security standards and enterprise governanceCollaborate with technical architects developers and integration teams to ensure cohesive end‑to‑end solutionsStay current on SAP innovations including S4HANA Fiori and BTP assessing applicability and recommending improvementsDrive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize existing SAP configurations and processesContribute to enterprise SAP roadmaps strategic initiatives and business case development including ROI analysisRequired Qualifications10 years of hands‑on SAP functional experience including at least two full lifecycle implementationsBachelors degree requiredDeep cross‑functional knowledge of SAP modules and enterprise business processesStrong experience with SAP ECC S4HANA and SAP FioriWorking knowledge of SAP integration platforms such as CPI and PIPOProven ability to lead workshops build consensus and influence decision‑making across all organizational levelsStrong understanding of SAP ERP architecture reporting database concepts and system developmentExperience providing both production support and project deliverySolid project management experience with excellent written verbal and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple initiatives concurrently with minimal supervisionDemonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear business termsPreferred ExperienceExperience working in regulated or process‑intensive environmentsFamiliarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologiesBackground evaluating third‑party SAP solutions and participating in vendor selection or RFP processesStrong knowledge of SAP best practices templates and governance modelsPrime Team Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
