Job Description:
We need someone that understands Plant maintenance and MRO (maintenance repair and overhaul). He will be part of 2 workstreams:

Design to Sustain The Design to Sustain Value Stream encompasses the sustainment of products throughout their entire lifecycle, from design to disposal. This Value Stream involves a range of activities that ensure the ongoing support and maintenance of products, including sustaining engineering, supply chain management, and maintenance and repair operations. It includes managing technical data, logistics, and maintenance concepts, as well as providing training and customer support to ensure that products continue to meet customer needs over time. The Value Stream also involves planning and executing maintenance and repair activities, managing spare parts and inventory, and performing quality control and inspection to ensure that products are restored to optimal condition. By integrating these various activities, the Design to Sustain Value Stream enables client to effectively support and maintain its products over their entire lifecycle, ensuring that customers receive maximum value and utility from their investments.

Acquire to Retire The Acquire to Retire Value Stream encompasses the entire lifecycle of client 's assets, from acquisition to disposal. This Value Stream involves a range of activities that ensure the effective management of assets, including planning and procurement, asset accounting and management, and maintenance and repair. It includes managing asset data, tracking depreciation and amortization, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. The Value Stream also involves managing asset utilization, performing routine maintenance and repairs, and ultimately disposing of assets at the end of their useful life. By integrating these various activities, the Acquire to Retire Value Stream enables client to optimize its asset utilization, minimize costs, and maximize the value of its assets over their entire lifecycle.
