Position: SAP ECC Conversion Tech Lead
Location: Los Angeles, CA Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite per week
Duration: 6 to 12 Months
Project Overview
One of our clients is executing an SAP ECC to Oracle migration and is seeking a strong Senior Conversion Tech Lead to support their current implementation all the way to post go-live conversion activities.
The ideal candidate must be highly hands-on, execution-focused, and capable of driving conversion tasks independently while coordinating with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities - Lead conversion activities for SAP ECC to Oracle migration
- Support post go-live stabilization and conversion processes
- Create and execute mock conversions
- Perform conversion validation, data validation, and reconciliation activities
- Drive execution and coordinate with business teams to ensure deliverables are completed
- Troubleshoot and resolve conversion-related issues during and after deployment
- Provide hands-on leadership across technical conversion workstreams
- Should be responsible for the cutover activities during Go Live
Required Technical Experience - Strong SAP ECC conversion/migration experience
- Experience supporting Oracle migration/conversion initiatives
- Deep understanding of Finance modules:
- Strong experience with:
- Mock conversions
- Data validation
- Reconciliation
- Cutover
- Post go-live support
Hands-on Lead-level technical expertise
