Description:

CTG is seeking an experienced SAP EDI Analyst to support enterprise EDI operations within a complex SAP supply chain environment. This role is responsible for monitoring and supporting EDI transaction processing, troubleshooting integration issues, coordinating trading partner onboarding, and partnering with business and IT teams to ensure reliable data exchange across commercial, supply chain, and procurement operations.

Location: Remote – Candidates local to Charlotte, NC preferred. Must be willing to support EST hours.
Pay Rate: $31.52 - $107.31/hour
Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily SAP ECC EDI operations and transaction monitoring
• Troubleshoot EDI transaction failures and coordinate issue resolution
• Support IBM Sterling environment and vendor coordination activities
• Assist with onboarding, testing, validation, and maintenance of trading partners
• Support EDI transaction sets including 850, 855, 810, 856, 940, 945, 846, and related documents
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Commercial, GSM, and IT teams to resolve operational issues
• Support EDI mapping validation, workflow maintenance, and operational documentation
• Help improve transaction visibility, operational efficiency, and process reliability

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on EDI support experience required; 5+ years preferred
• Strong SAP EDI experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments
• Experience with ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards
• Familiarity with IBM Sterling VAN preferred
• Knowledge of XML, flat files, APIs, middleware, and backend integrations
• Experience troubleshooting EDI mappings and transaction exceptions
• Ability to define mapping logic and generate pseudocode for EDI implementations
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
