▶︎ What will you do:
・Lead team members in analyzing, developing, modifying, and maintaining application systems to meet business and user requirements.
・Oversee end-to-end SAP application operations to ensure system stability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
・Manage system implementation and operational support projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
・Lead project planning, execution, progress monitoring, and stakeholder communication.
・Coordinate and manage relationships with external vendors, including non-Japanese vendors.
・Support requirements analysis, application maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution activities.
・Ensure adherence to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes and best practices.
・Apply ITIL-based operational practices to support service quality and system reliability.
・Collaborate closely with business users, management, project teams, and technical resources to deliver solutions and operational support.
▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:
・Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
・Strong leadership and team management skills.
・Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP system implementation and/or ERP application operations.
・Experience with SAP or similar ERP platforms.
・Project management experience.
・Experience managing non-Japanese vendors.
・Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
・Understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
・Strong analytical skills for requirements analysis, system maintenance, and troubleshooting.
・Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.
・Ability to support customers, communicate with senior management, and collaborate effectively with team members.
・Strong teamwork, problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
・Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
▶︎ Preferred Qualifications:
・SAP Certified Application Associate certification.
・ERP-related certifications and system implementation credentials are a plus.
