Role Description:

  • Minimum 13+ plus experience required
  • SAP ERP manager having experience in SAP SCM, Manufacturing or SD with Merger and acquisition experience
  • An SAP ERP Manager should combine technical SAP knowledge with strong leadership, project management, and communication skills to ensure the system effectively supports the organization's business processes.
  • SAP Modules Knowledge: Deep understanding of various SAP modules (e.g., SAP FICO, MM, SD, HCM, PP, CRM, etc.) and how they integrate with business processes.
  • SAP Configuration: Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP to meet business requirements.
  • SAP Basis Knowledge: Understanding of the SAP Basis environment, including system administration, configuration, and security.
  • SAP S/4HANA Knowledge: Familiarity with the latest SAP technology stack, particularly SAP S/4HANA, is increasingly important as organizations migrate to this next-generation ERP system.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Ability to plan, execute, and oversee SAP ERP implementation projects, upgrades, and rollouts.
  • Agile & Waterfall Methodologies: Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management approaches, especially for SAP-related projects.
  • Budget Management: Managing the budget for SAP projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
  • Timeline Management: Ensuring projects are completed on time, meeting key milestones and deadlines.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks in SAP projects and developing strategies to mitigate them.
