5+ years SAP EWM (or WM) Business Analysis experience
Regulated industry experience — GxP, SOX, CSV, FDA 21 CFR Part 11
Master Data or Internal Process specialization (per role)
Strong artifact discipline — Jira, Signavio, BPS, traceability
Testing readiness ownership — Dry Run, BST, UAT
Operates independently under BPO leadership
Comfortable partnering with Consulting/System Integrator (SI) configuration teams
Strong stakeholder facilitation — BPOs, SMEs, warehouse users
Highly Desirable
Prior Healthcare / Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical / Medical Device domain experience
Prior experience working with a Consulting/System Integrator (SI) on SAP implementation projects
Signavio fluency
APICS / ASCM certification
Modular / Agile delivery in regulated environments
