Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior SAP FICA / RMCA Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable (FICA). This role is highly focused on FICA configuration, billing, payments, collections, and integration, supporting large-scale implementations in ECC and S/4HANA environments.
The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end FICA solution design, lead implementation efforts, and ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable financial processes aligned with business and industry standards.

Experience Required:
• 10+ years of SAP FICA / RMCA consulting experience
• Minimum 2+ full lifecycle SAP FICA/RMCA implementations (mandatory)
• Experience with ECC and/or S/4HANA environments (preferred)

Supporting Finance (Light FICO Context):

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end SAP FICA/RMCA implementations including design, configuration, and deployment
• Gather and analyze business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis
• Design scalable FICA solutions aligned with billing, payments, and collections processes
• Configure FICA components including transactions, payments, invoicing, and account determination
• Develop and manage integration interfaces (iDocs, EDI, system interfaces)
• Configure custom events, validations, and error handling frameworks
• Support data processing and ensure accuracy across transactional and master data
• Develop detailed functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams
• Execute and support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT)
• Provide production support and resolve complex FICA issues through root cause analysis
• Drive improvements in billing accuracy, collections efficiency, and cash flow
• Ensure compliance with business, financial, and regulatory requirements

Project & Leadership Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate onsite/offshore teams

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong FICA/RMCA specialization
• Proven experience in multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations
• Deep understanding of billing, payments, collections, and revenue processes
• Strong experience in integration and data processing frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in onsite-offshore delivery models

Collaborate closely with business and technology partners to design scalable processes, optimize financial operations, and enhance compliance while delivering measurable value for customers and society. 3.Experience : 12to16Yrs 4.Required Skills : 5.Nice to have skills : 6.Technology : -Not Applicable 7.Shift : Day 8.Responsibilities : -Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed requirements across SAP FICA Utilities and SAP FICA Telecom processes, ensuring full alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory expectations. -Translate complex utility and telecom billing scenarios into clear functional specifications for SAP FICA configurations, enabling accurate invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition outcomes. -Design and refine end to end FICA processes covering contract accounting, payment processing, dunning, and write off handling, ensuring operational efficiency and risk mitigation. -Coordinate with SAP technical consultants to validate that configuration, enhancements, and integrations in FICA accurately reflect documented business requirements and target key performance indicators. -Perform impact analysis for proposed changes in SAP FICA Utilities and Telecom, assessing downstream effects on finance, customer service, and reporting functions to reduce delivery risk. -Develop and maintain high quality process documentation, including process maps, business rules, and user guides, to support operational consistency and future audits. -Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for FICA related changes, defining test scenarios and validating outcomes against expected business results. -Guide business users during go live and post go live stabilization in a hybrid work model, resolving issues promptly and gathering feedback for continuous improvement. -Analyze financial and operational data from FICA modules to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities that enhance cash flow and customer satisfaction. -Partner with finance and operations teams to align SAP FICA capabilities with evolving regulatory and compliance requirements in utilities and telecom domains, reducing compliance exposure. -Collaborate with cross functional teams to prioritize backlogs, refine user stories, and plan releases, ensuring that high value FICA enhancements are delivered in a predictable manner. -Provide thought leadership on FICA best practices and emerging industry patterns, sharing insights that improve solution design and support the company purpose of reliable and fair services to society. -Engage with global stakeholders using effective communication and documentation practices suited to a hybrid work environment, ensuring clarity across time zones and cultures. -Coordinate knowledge transfer sessions and create training materials for end users and support teams, enabling sustainable adoption of new FICA functionalities. -Review production incidents in SAP FICA, identify recurring themes, and recommend structural fixes that reduce manual effort and system instability over time. -Align closely with data and reporting teams to ensure that FICA transactional data supports accurate analytics, statutory reporting, and management dashboards. -Qualifications -Exhibit extensive hands on experience in SAP FICA for Utilities, including contract accounts, dunning, payment processing, and reconciliation activities that support complex billing portfolios. -Demonstrate deep exposure to SAP FICA for Telecom, with strong understanding of convergent invoicing flows and integration points that support telecom product catalogs and usage charging. -Apply strong business analysis techniques such as requirement workshops, process modeling, and gap analysis, supported by more than twelve years of experience in large enterprise environments. -Utilize solid understanding of financial accounting concepts, revenue assurance, and collections strategies to design FICA solutions that align with finance policies and risk controls. -Leverage familiarity with SAP IS Utilities or SAP Telecom related components and their integration with FICA, enhancing end to end process reliability and performance. -Use excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively in a hybrid model, collaborating with distributed teams and guiding non technical partners through complex topics. -Employ structured problem solving abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple FICA change initiatives concurrently within day shift operations, while maintaining high quality outcomes.
