Exp:-6+ Years JD SAP ECC FICO Consultant About the Role We are seeking an experienced SAP ECC FICO Consultant to oversee production support, enhancements, and continuous improvement for our Finance & Controlling (FICO) landscape.

This role partners closely with Finance stakeholders, manages support analysts, and ensures stability and optimization of SAP ECC FICO processes. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and driving system excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day support for SAP ECC FI and CO/ FMS modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking/ Treasury CCA, PCA, Costing). Manage and prioritize incidents, service requests, and enhancements to meet SLAs. Perform root cause analysis, implement fixes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Own configuration changes, testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to support business processes.
• Coordinate with ABAP, Basis, and Security teams on RICEFW development and system issues. Guide offshore/onshore support resources and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Support upgrade activities, regression testing, cutover planning, and project rollouts. Maintain high‑quality documentation (functional specs, process flows, SOPs, test scripts).
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and SOX standards.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on SAP ECC FICO experience. Strong configuration expertise in FI (GL/AP/AR/AA/Banking/Treasury ) and CO (CCA/PCA/ NEWGL).
• Solid understanding of integration with MM, SD, modules. Experience leading or mentoring support teams or vendors. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced support environment.
• Preferred Qualifications SAP FI/CO certification from SAP ( Preferred S/4 HANA FI or Management accounting certification Experience with ECC to S/4HANA readiness or migration projects.
• Exposure to BI/BW reporting or financial reporting tools. Experience working in, public sector, or similar industries
