Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with deep expertise in core SAP FICO modules and hands-on configuration experience. The ideal candidate should have solid integration knowledge across SAP modules and strong functional-technical collaboration skills, including experience working closely with ABAP teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and implement core SAP FICO modules: Enterprise Structure, GL, AR, AP, AA, Banking, CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, COPA, CO-PC.
- Ensure seamless integration of FICO with MM, SD, and HCM modules.
- Collaborate with ABAP team to design and develop RICEFW objects and write detailed Functional Design Specifications (FDS).
- Conduct end-to-end testing (unit and regression); assist in resolving any discrepancies during testing.
- Support data migration from legacy systems and ensure financial data integrity and completeness.
- Create user training documentation and product solution guides.
- Present developed functionality to stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and high-quality deliverables.
Required Skills:- Strong configuration experience across all core FICO modules
- Proficiency in FDS creation and working with custom ABAP developments
- Hands-on experience with RICEFW object lifecycle
- Excellent understanding of integration points with other SAP modules
- Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and related technologies
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience OR Master s degree with 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, data controls, and system design principles
