Job Summary (List Format):
- Extensive experience in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO), with 2-3 full SAP implementation projects.
- Deep expertise in core FICO areas: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
- Skilled in financial closing activities, including month-end and year-end processes.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
- Experience configuring and supporting financial processes, tax procedures, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PS, etc.).
- Proficient in data migration, master data management, testing, and cutover activities.
- Strong analytical skills for issue resolution, root cause analysis, and solution implementation.
- Support business users during UAT, production support, and hypercare phases.
- Experience in global delivery environments and working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Preferred: SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Fiori, COPA, FSCM, Treasury, Group Reporting, Agile, and SAP Activate methodologies.
- Responsibilities include configuring and supporting SAP FICO, collaborating with stakeholders, preparing functional specs, resolving production issues, compliance assurance, and participating in project planning, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer.
- Mandatory skills: FICO (GL, AR, AP, AA, BA, CEA, CCA, PCA, IO, TR).
