Work Location:- Austin TX or Santa Clara CA( We have 2 locations and candidate need to work onsite)

Payrate:- $130-$140K

SAP FICO- SAP S/4HANA AMS

Provide Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) support for SAP FICO incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.

Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to revenue recognition and ensuring IFRS/GAAP compliance within SAP .

Work closely with business users to clarify requirements and deliver effective, timely solutions.

Collaborate with CRM/SD and other SAP module teams to address cross functional issues impacting revenue reporting.

Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring incidents.

Support month end, quarter end, and year end closing activities to ensure accurate revenue recognition.¢ Document solutions, prepare knowledge base articles, and contribute to process improvements.

Ensure all activities comply with internal controls, quality standards, and audit requirements.
