SAP Finance & Accounting Implementation Specialist

Job Summary (List Format):

- Support the Financial Systems team in executing the global SAP S/4HANA ERP conversion.
- Provide hands-on expertise in SAP S/4 implementation, focusing on Finance, Accounting, and Tax modules.
- Analyze existing interfaces in the legacy ECC environment and identify opportunities for simplification.
- Design and document future state interfaces with a focus on financial reporting, tax, and accounting impacts.
- Review and assess specifications and technical designs from development teams, ensuring requirements are met.
- Oversee system integration testing and provide impact analysis for build defects.
- Organize and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for interfaces and tax reporting requirements.
- Monitor and track progress of bug fixes and testing issue resolutions to ensure timely deployment.
- Maintain process consistency and ensure data integrity during implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive process improvements and efficiencies.
- Leverage at least 10 years of SAP implementation experience, with proficiency in SAP FI/CO modules and ERP conversions.
- Preferred: Experience with LATAM implementations, Spanish proficiency, and knowledge of international tax requirements.
