Job Title: SAP Finance Lead (AP, AR, GL, AA)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Lead with strong expertise in SAP FICO, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA/FA), Tax, and Controlling (CO).

The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading SAP Finance implementations, designing organizational and chart of accounts structures, and managing onshore and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Finance and FICO implementation and transformation initiatives.
• Configure and support SAP GL, AP, AR, AA/FA, Tax, and CO modules.
• Design SAP organizational structures and Chart of Accounts based on business requirements.
• Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Support IFRS and GAAP accounting requirements.
• Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, and financial consolidations.
• Serve as an SAP FICO Lead across full lifecycle implementation projects.
• Lead and coordinate onshore and offshore teams and project deliverables.
• Mentor team members and provide functional and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with business leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Support project planning, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Travel to the project/client location as required.

Required Skills

• 11–13 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years of relevant SAP Finance Lead experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • SAP General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Asset Accounting (AA/FA)
  • Tax
  • Basic Controlling (CO)
• Strong knowledge of SAP New GL.
• Experience designing SAP organizational structures and Chart of Accounts.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP.
• Experience with multinational organizations and intercompany transactions.
• Experience with financial consolidations and eliminations.
• Experience as a FICO Lead on 2–3 full lifecycle implementations.
• Experience as a sub-module lead on 5–8 implementation projects.
• Experience managing onshore and offshore teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Consulting services experience.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Experience mentoring and leading technical and functional teams.
