SAP Financials Functional Analyst

We are seeking an experienced SAP Financials Functional Analyst for a leading manufacturing client in Waller, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP FICO, SAP S/4HANA Finance, and manufacturing finance processes.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profit Center Accounting.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT teams.
Manage integrations between SAP Finance and MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
Prepare functional specifications, testing documentation, and end-user training materials.
Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous process improvements.
Participate in SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of SAP FICO functional experience.
Strong SAP FI/CO configuration expertise.
Experience supporting manufacturing industry clients.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
Strong understanding of financial accounting, controlling, product costing, and material ledger.
Experience integrating SAP Finance with MM, SD, and PP modules.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP FICO Certification.
Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or Central Finance.
Multi-site manufacturing environment experience.
