Job Title: SAP FTM Consultant

Location: Remote – Houston, TX

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP FTM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA with RISE, SAP Finance, and core accounting processes.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and basic Controlling (CO), along with experience supporting multinational organizations and complex financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP S/4HANA and RISE implementation and transformation initiatives.

• Configure and support SAP Finance processes, including GL, AP, AR, and basic CO.

• Work with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver effective SAP solutions.

• Support financial processes for multinational organizations.

• Manage and support intercompany transactions, eliminations, and financial consolidations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on application delivery and solution architecture.

• Identify and resolve functional and technical issues.

• Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.

• Support continuous improvement and adoption of SAP best practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of SAP experience.

• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA with RISE.

• In-depth knowledge of:

  • SAP General Ledger (GL)

  • Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Basic Controlling (CO)

• Experience with multinational organizations.

• Experience with intercompany transactions, eliminations, and financial consolidations.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Strong experience with SAP Controlling (CO).

• Consulting services experience.

• Experience mentoring team members and leading delivery initiatives.
