Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP PP Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Variant Configuration (VC) to support and optimize end-to-end production planning and execution processes within a granite manufacturing environment.
The consultant will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting production processes covering quarry block management, slab cutting, polishing, finishing, rework, and by-product handling. The ideal candidate must possess strong hands-on experience in batch-managed, loss-prone, and variable-yield manufacturing environments, with extensive integration knowledge across SAP PP, MM, CO, and SD modules.
Key Responsibilities
SAP PP & Manufacturing Process Design
Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP PP solutions.
Support end-to-end production planning and manufacturing execution processes.
Configure and optimize:
Material Master
Bills of Material (BOM)
Routings
Production Versions
Work Centers
Production Orders
Process Orders (where applicable)
Manage batch-managed production environments and traceability requirements.
