Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Test Manager / Test Lead to support SAP Finance testing activities across implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects. The candidate will be responsible for leading testing initiatives, coordinating onsite/offshore teams, and managing customer and internal stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO testing for implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects.
• Develop and manage test strategies, plans, schedules, execution, and reporting.
• Coordinate testing activities across onsite and offshore global delivery teams.
• Manage test defects, UAT activities, risks, issues, and overall testing status.
• Work closely with business, functional, technical, and customer stakeholders.
• Ensure effective execution of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Provide project management and leadership throughout the testing phase.

Required Skills

• Strong SAP FICO testing experience across:
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Point of Sale (POS)
  • Product Costing
  • Direct & Indirect Tax
  • Treasury
• Previous experience as an SAP Test Manager / Test Lead.
• Experience with SAP implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in onsite/offshore global delivery models.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• SAP FICO Certification required.
