Job Title: SAP Functional -SME (Supply Chain & Manufacturing)
Location: Marysville, OH

POSITION OVERVIEW
Lead & design integrated supply chain processes (functional SME support).
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
· Serve as the business process expert for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Maintenance, or Finance processes.
· Provide detailed knowledge of current business processes, requirements, pain points, and operational challenges.
· Participate in process design workshops and evaluate SAP Best Practices.
· Review and validate business requirements, functional designs, configuration decisions, and process flows.
· Collaborate with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Business Leaders, and Project Teams.
· Support data cleansing, testing, defect resolution, UAT, and business process validation.
· Assist with change management, business readiness, and training development.
WHAT’S NEEDED
· S/4 Finance certification preferred.
· 5+ years of expertise in PP, MM, EWM, QM, PM, Logistics, Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Manufacturing Execution, SAP Business Network.
· Manufacturing industry experience; end-to-end process knowledge.
· Knowledge in SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM required
