Job Description
Provide day-to-day AMS support for SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
Configure and maintain consolidation units, versions, hierarchies, elimination rules, and currency translation.
Support month-end and year-end financial consolidation and close activities.
Integrate Group Reporting with SAP S/4HANA Universal Journal and other feeder systems.
Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests through ServiceNow or other ITSM tools, adhering to SLAs
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions for recurring issues.
Support intercompany reconciliation, eliminations, and financial reporting dashboards using SAP Analysis for Office (AFO).
Conduct unit testing, regression testing, and UAT for enhancements, upgrades, and patches.
Maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, test scripts, and SOPs.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and global business stakeholders in a multi-entity consolidation environment.
Support IFRS 18 reporting requirements and contribute to continuous system improvements.
Mentor junior team members and share knowledge within the AMS team.
