Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Core HR Lead with 8+ years of expertise in SAP Human Capital Management. The ideal candidate will lead the Core HR module implementation and support, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR strategies. This role demands strong functional knowledge, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in SAP HCM Core modules such as Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), and Time Management. Required Skills: 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM with a focus on Core HR modules. Proven experience in leading SAP HCM implementations or rollouts. Strong understanding of HR business processes and statutory requirements. Experience with SAP Payroll, Time Evaluation, and ESSMSS is a plus. Familiarity with SuccessFactors integration is an advantage. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. SAP HCM certification is preferred.
