Job Title: SAP IBP Consultant

Location: Boston, MA

Duration: Fulltime

Skills: Supply Chain | SAP IBP

Salary: 140K-170K/Year

Roles and Responsibilities:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP IBP configuration and implementation
  • Expertise in one or more SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP)
  • Solid understanding of supply chain planning processes
  • Experience with SAP IBP data integration (CI-DS / CPI-DS)
  • Strong knowledge of planning areas, key figures, operators, and master data
  • Experience working with business stakeholders and client-facing roles
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementations including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Work with business teams to understand planning processes related to Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP, and Response & Supply
  • Configure and customize SAP IBP modules including:
  • IBP for Demand
  • IBP for Supply & Response
  • IBP for Inventory Optimization
  • IBP for S&OP
  • Design and configure planning areas, master data, key figures, attributes, and planning operators
  • Develop and enhance planning views, dashboards, and Excel add-ins
  • Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S4HANA and other source systems using CI-DS / CPI-DS
  • Support data modeling, data flows, and performance optimization
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot planning and data issues
  • Prepare functional and technical documentation
  • Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
