Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customize the SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solution to meet the organization's supply chain and demand planning requirements.
Lead or contribute to SAP IBP implementation projects, including data integration, master data management, and the development of planning models.
Conduct gap analysis to identify business requirements and recommend appropriate SAP IBP solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand planning processes and translate business needs into system configurations.
Oversee the quality and accuracy of data within SAP IBP, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
Provide ongoing post-implementation support by troubleshooting technical issues, resolving system defects, and ensuring system stability.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and continuous process improvements.
Contribute to solution design and support enhancements aligned with business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Hands-on experience configuring and implementing SAP IBP solutions.
Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, and SAP IBP planning models.
Experience with data integration, master data management, and ETL processes.
Ability to perform gap analysis and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
Experience providing post-production support, issue resolution, and system troubleshooting.
Cross-functional experience with SAP S/4HANA Logistics modules is an added advantage.
