Key Skills Required:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

• SAP S/4 HANA Integrated Supply Chain solution architecture.
• Strong cross-functional expertise across SAP PP, PP/DS, MM, EWM, QM, TM, and manufacturing integration.
• Experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing and SAP IBP preferred.
• End-to-end knowledge of demand and supply planning, production planning, manufacturing, procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, transportation, and quality processes.
• Fit-to-Standard, global template design, process harmonization, and SAP Activate methodology.
• Integration architecture across MES, PLM, Product Compliance, Trade Compliance, CRM / Salesforce, legacy applications, and enterprise data platforms.
• Strong design governance, architecture review, testing, cutover, deployment, and production-readiness experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end ISC solution architecture for the SAP S/4HANA transformation.

- Define future-state supply chain processes and ensure alignment with SAP standard capabilities and enterprise architecture principles.

- Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and drive process harmonization across business units, plants, and deployment waves.

- Provide architecture leadership across planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, logistics, transportation, quality, and supplier collaboration.

- Review and approve functional specifications, technical specifications, solution designs, interfaces, enhancements, reports, forms, and workflows.

- Govern cross-functional design dependencies across ISC, finance, product compliance, trade compliance, data, integration, security, Basis, testing, and deployment teams.

- Define and govern integrations with MES, PLM, legacy applications, and enterprise data platforms.

- Assess deviations from the global template, challenge unnecessary customizations, and ensure traceability of design decisions.

- Participate in architecture review boards and ensure compliance with program standards, controls, and non-functional requirements.

- Identify solution risks, design gaps, and delivery dependencies, drive decisions, mitigation actions, and closure.

- Ensure end-to-end business process coverage during SIT, UAT, regression testing, performance testing, and operational readiness.

- Support data migration design, cutover planning, deployment readiness, go-live, stabilization, and hypercare.

- Partner with business process owners, functional leads, technical architects, program leadership, vendors, and deployment teams.

- Produce clear architecture views, decision records, roadmaps, and executive-level status updates.
