SAP Joule / BTP Solution Architect Generative AI

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a SAP Joule / BTP Solution Architect – Generative AI for their Bridgewater, NJ location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Architect and design enterprise AI solutions utilizing SAP BTP, SAP Joule, SAP Business AI, SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), and SAP Datasphere.
• Design and implement AI-enabled applications, intelligent assistants, workflow automation, and business process orchestration solutions.
• Define solution architectures, integration frameworks, security models, deployment strategies, and technical standards for SAP AI initiatives.
• Configure and extend SAP Joule capabilities to support enterprise business applications and AI-powered user experiences.
• Design and implement solutions leveraging SAP AI Core, AI Launchpad, Generative AI Hub, SAP Build Process Automation, Build Apps, and Build Work Zone.
• Develop enterprise-grade AI workflows incorporating human-in-the-loop controls, approvals, escalation paths, auditability, and governance requirements.
• Architect Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, enterprise knowledge retrieval, and intelligent document processing solutions.
• Develop secure integrations between SAP AI services, SAP applications, and non-SAP enterprise platforms using modern API and event-driven architecture patterns.
• Establish reusable architecture frameworks, accelerators, reference implementations, and best practices for SAP AI programs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams, architects, functional consultants, and implementation partners.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards for security, privacy, compliance, governance, explainability, and responsible AI practices.
• Create architecture documentation, technical designs, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer materials.

• We are seeking an experienced SAP Joule Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI solutions leveraging SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP Datasphere, and related SAP technologies.
• The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP architecture, AI-enabled enterprise solutions, integration frameworks, and data platforms.
• This role will provide technical leadership for designing scalable, secure, and innovative SAP AI solutions that drive business transformation and operational efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of SAP architecture, application development, and enterprise integration experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) architecture and implementation experience.
• 3+ years of experience implementing AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, or AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
• Strong expertise designing enterprise-scale architectures utilizing SAP BTP services.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP Datasphere, or enterprise data platforms supporting AI and analytics workloads.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with SAP Build Process Automation, Build Apps, Build Work Zone, and workflow orchestration.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, REST APIs, OData services, messaging frameworks, and API-led architecture.
• Experience integrating AI services, LLMs, enterprise search capabilities, and AI-powered workflows into business applications.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, semantic modeling, data governance, data federation, and data lifecycle management.
• Experience designing secure enterprise solutions utilizing OAuth2, JWT, identity federation, access controls, and data protection frameworks.
• Excellent communication, technical leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments
