Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP LE, WM & IM Consultant with strong functional expertise in Logistics Execution, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, and outbound logistics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, supporting, and optimizing integrated SAP logistics solutions across manufacturing warehouses and global distribution environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP LE, WM & IM processes with a focus on outbound logistics and delivery processing.
• Manage warehouse structures, goods movements, picking, packing, Handling Units (HU), and inventory processes.
• Support LE-WM and LE-TRA processes and integration with SAP SD, MM, PP, and IM.
• Work with SAP WM RF transactions and custom RF workflows.
• Support Stock Transport Orders (STO), cross-plant, and cross-company logistics.
• Design and support manufacturing warehouse and global distribution center processes.
• Manage 3PL integrations, IDocs, EDI, interface monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Support integrations with customers and external logistics partners.
• Monitor background jobs related to delivery and shipment processing.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams on enhancements and user exits.
• Support SAP ChaRM and transport management processes.
• Lead and mentor team members and provide functional design guidance.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP LE, WM, and IM.
• Extensive experience with LE-WM and LE-TRA, particularly sales and outbound logistics.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD Order Management and delivery processing.
• Hands-on experience with picking, packing, Handling Units, and WM RF transactions.
• Strong understanding of STO, cross-plant, and cross-company logistics processes.
• Experience with 3PL integrations, IDocs, EDI, and external logistics interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of goods movements and SAP SD, MM, PP, and IM integration.
• Experience preparing functional specifications and supporting ABAP enhancements and user exits.
• Working knowledge of SAP ChaRM and transport management.
• Strong troubleshooting, solution design, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills.
