Description

Our client, a leader in autonomous mobility, is seeking a SAP Analyst to join their team. As a SAP Analyst, you will be part of the Operations support team, collaborating closely with departments such as Finance, Engineering, and SAP technical teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and proactive problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: SAP Logistics Analyst

Location: Hayward, CA

Pay Range: $64/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

  • Own and maintain material planning and logistics master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and visibility across SAP systems
  • Manage part extensions, and planning data requirements across multiple locations, ensuring materials are available for replenishment activities
  • Partner with Finance, SAP technical teams, Engineering, and Operations to ensure materials are properly configured, including plant extensions, costing requirements, and planning parameters
  • Establish and maintain inventory planning parameters, including safety stock levels, to support service location requirements and fleet readiness
  • Proactively monitor material master data gaps and drive corrective actions to ensure parts are available for STO creation, inventory transfers, and replenishment execution

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in supply chain, materials planning, inventory management, master data, or ERP systems
  • Experience managing material master data, part setup, plant extensions, or planning parameters in SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze large datasets, track progress, and build reports
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of data and competing priorities
