Role Name: SAP Manufacturing Execution, Material Staging & MES Interface Consultant
Work site: Franklin Lakes, NJ (Hybid - Must be willing and able to travel weekly to the Dominican Republic & Puerto Rico )
Duration: 12+ Months

**SAP ECC Consultant – Manufacturing Execution, Material Staging & MES Interface (Role Highlights)**

1. Supported **SAP ECC PP** processes for manufacturing execution, production order management, and shop floor operations.
2. Configured and supported **production order creation, release, confirmation, goods issue, and goods receipt** processes.
3. Managed **material staging** from warehouse to production lines using WM transfer requirements, transfer orders, and replenishment processes.
4. Coordinated with warehouse and production teams to optimize **component availability, line-side inventory, and material flow**.
5. Supported integration between **SAP ECC and MES systems** for real-time production reporting and shop floor data collection.
6. Analyzed and resolved interface issues related to **production orders, confirmations, material consumption, and inventory transactions**.
7. Worked with technical teams on **IDoc, BAPI, RFC, and middleware-based integrations** between SAP ECC and MES applications.
8. Participated in business process improvements for **manufacturing execution, warehouse operations, and inventory accuracy**.
9. Created functional specifications, supported **SIT/UAT testing**, defect resolution, and end-user training activities.
10. Collaborated with cross-functional teams across **Production, Warehouse, Quality, Planning, and IT** to ensure stable manufacturing operations and continuous process improvement.
