Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM - P2P, PR/PO, GR/IR, LIV, Pricing, Inventory

Good working knowledge of SAP Ariba - Guided Buying, Buying & Invoicing, Catalogs, Approvals , Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Performance, Ariba Supply chain Collaboration

Experience with Ariba Integration (CIG)

Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process end-to-end

Ability to handle configurations, basic troubleshooting, and functional documentation

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Resolve incident, service request, and problem tickets related to SAP MM and SAP Ariba within agreed SLAs and KPIs

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and recommend permanent fixes

• Handle production support issues across P2P processes with minimal business disruption

• Provide functional expertise to diagnose configuration, master data, integration, and transactional issues

• Document resolutions, workarounds, and known errors in the ticketing system and knowledge base

• Work with business teams to gather and validate P2P requirements for minor enhancements

• Configure SAP MM and Ariba as needed for ticket resolutions

Salary Range: $64,000 - $140,000 a year
