Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG EAM Solution Lead to lead the design, implementation, and governance of Equipment (EQUI) and Functional Location (FLOC) master data using SAP Master Data Governance (MDG). The ideal candidate will serve as the solution owner and design authority for enterprise-wide MDG EAM implementations, ensuring standardized, high-quality asset master data across global multi-plant and multi-system environments integrated with SAP S/4HANA EAM.

Mandatory Skills

Candidates must have hands-on experience in the following areas:

SAP MDG & EAM

• 10+ years of SAP experience with 5+ years in SAP MDG EAM
• Strong implementation experience with SAP MDG for Equipment (EQUI) and Functional Location (FLOC)
• Experience implementing SAP MDG on S/4HANA
• Deep understanding of SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)/Plant Maintenance (PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide SAP MDG EAM implementation programs.
• Design end-to-end master data governance solutions for Equipment and Functional Location.
• Serve as the solution architect and design authority for SAP MDG EAM.
• Configure and customize SAP MDG EAM data models (USMD_EAM).
• Design and implement BRF+ workflows, validations, and derivation rules.
• Build and manage governance workflows for asset lifecycle management.
• Configure Data Replication Framework (DRF), IDocs, and SOA services.
• Design integration with SAP S/4HANA EAM and third-party asset management systems.
• Lead legacy asset data migration, cleansing, enrichment, and cutover activities.
• Implement duplicate detection and Data Quality Management (DQM) processes.
• Design SAP Fiori applications and role-based user experiences.
• Develop governance KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
• Define global governance standards, operating models, and data stewardship processes.
• Ensure security, compliance, and audit readiness of asset master data.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders across Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, Finance, and IT.
• Lead design workshops, solution reviews, user training, and production support.
• Mentor SAP functional consultants and technical teams.
