Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP MTS, PM & EAM Lead with 13+ years of experience and strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Maintain-to-Settle (MTS), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). The ideal candidate will lead workshops, provide functional and technical guidance, support process design, and work closely with business and technical stakeholders on SAP transformation and delivery initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and facilitate information gathering and requirements discussions with large stakeholder groups.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in the Maintain-to-Settle (MTS) domain.

• Drive MTS-specific SAP best-practice scenarios and L1/L2/L3 process decomposition.

• Provide leadership and expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).

• Support cross-functional integration across MTS, Plant Maintenance, and other SAP functional areas.

• Provide guidance on key SAP Fiori applications related to MTS and Plant Maintenance.

• Apply expertise in SAP S/4HANA 2023 and above, including key innovations, simplification items, and relevant use cases.

• Provide guidance on S/4HANA application architecture and data architecture.

• Mentor team members on technology, architecture, and application delivery.

• Lead technical and functional discussions and present different solution approaches to stakeholders.

• Build strong collaboration and a shared sense of direction across teams.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer and stay current with emerging SAP technologies and industry trends.

• Demonstrate strong independent problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills.

• Work effectively with senior leadership and executive-level stakeholders.

• Be willing to travel extensively, up to 100%, as required.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in SAP consulting and delivery.

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA.

• Deep knowledge of the Maintain-to-Settle (MTS) domain and SAP best practices.

• Strong experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).

• Experience with L1/L2/L3 process decomposition.

• Strong understanding of cross-functional SAP integration.

• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to MTS and Plant Maintenance.

• Expertise in S/4HANA 2023+ innovations, simplification items, and use cases.

• Deep understanding of S/4HANA application architecture and data architecture.

• Excellent workshop facilitation and requirements elicitation skills.

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong executive presence with the ability to interact effectively with CxO-level stakeholders.

• Proven leadership, mentoring, teamwork, and knowledge transfer capabilities.

• Proven consulting or professional services experience.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with SAP SD in S/4HANA.
