We are seeking an experienced SAP O2C Architect with deep expertise in Order-to-Cash processes within SAP S/4HANA environments, including billing, invoicing, pricing, and subscription-based business models. The ideal candidate will have strong architecture-level experience in designing and delivering scalable SaaS / subscription-driven O2C solutions and leading enterprise transformation initiatives.
This is a hands-on architecture leadership role requiring strong domain expertise in SAP S/4HANA O2C, subscription management, and billing frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) architecture and solution design across enterprise landscapes.
- Design and implement billing & invoicing frameworks for complex business models.
- Architect and support subscription order management systems and lifecycle flows.
- Define and optimize pricing strategies and pricing architecture in SAP S/4HANA.
- Support and enhance SaaS and subscription-based business models within SAP ecosystems.
- Provide deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA O2C processes, ensuring scalable and future-ready design.
- Lead subscription provisioning workflows (5+ years of experience required).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical teams to define solution roadmap.
- Drive integration of O2C processes with upstream/downstream SAP modules and external systems.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
- Provide guidance on system design, performance optimization, and process improvements.
- Lead workshops, design discussions, and solution governance sessions.
