SAP OTC – JD Control Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced SAP OTC – JD Control Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, OTC, SD, pricing, and job determination. The consultant will design, configure, support, and optimize JD Control processes across the OTC lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support JD Control processes in SAP S/4HANA OTC.

• Manage job determination and control logic for orders, pricing, delivery, and billing.

• Gather requirements and create functional specifications.

• Troubleshoot OTC/JD Control issues and drive process improvements.

• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, training, and deployment.

• Validate end-to-end OTC processes including orders, delivery, goods issue, billing, returns, rebates, credits, and revenue recognition.

• Collaborate with Finance, WM/EWM, Transportation, Tax, Master Data, Developers, and Business teams.

• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years SAP OTC experience with strong JD Control expertise.

• 3+ years SAP S/4HANA experience.

• Strong SAP SD, pricing procedures, and condition techniques knowledge.

• Experience with job determination logic.

• Strong SAP functional testing experience: SIT, UAT, regression, and defect management.

• Experience with testing/quality tools such as SAP Solution Manager, Cloud ALM, Tricentis Tosca, Jira, Azure DevOps, or Client ALM.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

• SAP SD/S4HANA certification preferred.
