SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Project Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated **SAP OTC Project Manager** to lead Order-to-Cash transformation initiatives and drive successful project delivery across global engagements. The role requires strong expertise in SAP OTC processes, Agile project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver business value and operational excellence.

### Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP OTC projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Manage project scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, and stakeholder reviews.
- Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to design and implement OTC solutions.
- Ensure effective governance, issue resolution, and project reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate business process improvements across Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Support change management, user adoption, and deployment activities.

### Qualifications & Experience

- 7+ years of experience in SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and project delivery.
- Proven experience managing SAP implementation, rollout, or transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of SAP OTC processes, including Order Management, Billing, Credit Management, Shipping, and Receivables.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments with Scrum or SAFe methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
