JD-End to end process knowledge on Procure to pay - Understanding of the other functional areas like O2C, Receiving (RTS) and Finance

Extensive knowledge in Purchasing area related configuration

Material Master and Vendor Master influence in Purchasing Documents and impact of other workstreams on P2P processes

Extensive knowledge and associated functionalities on

Purchase Requisitions

Purchase Orders

Contracts

Purchasing Info Records

Deliveries, Goods Receipts and invoices

Experience in Version Management and Workflow process in purchasing area

Knowledge on Repairs, Subcontracting, Direct and Drop ship process

Experience in highly customized purchasing documents, purchasing custom reports and knowledge on enhancements and integration in purchasing area

Strong customer-facing experience and skills - Work very closely with business decision makers and end users

Analyze business requirements (e.g., functional and technical requirements, information need, business processes) by conducting information-gathering sessions with clients, analyzing the information and being able to document an accurate understanding of their business requirements and mapping of those to SAP business processes

Confidence and ability to make recommendations for selection of appropriate SAP business processes to meet client requirements effectively

Supports business justification in planning, testing and performing upgrades/migrations for assigned functional areas or providing support to external vendors performing the upgrades

Functionality Testing - Knowledge and ability to use testing methodologies, processes and tools for testing of functionality, including unit, integration, system, regression and dry run testing
