SAP PM /SAP EAM Consultant

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Hands on experience on SAP Plant Maintenance Module
• Should have strong Hands-on experience in following functional areas

o Notification Management: - Configuration and Process Flow, Integration with Maintenance Order

o Preventive Maintenance: -Single Cycle Plan, Strategy Based Maintenance Plan, Task List, Maintenance Plan Scheduling Parameter, Maintenance Strategy, Deadline Monitoring

o Maintenance Order Management: - Breakdown Maintenance Process & Corrective Maintenance Process, Calibration Maintenance

o Integration points with MM, FICO, PP & QM & Third Party Software Integrations

o Relevant Masters Creation, Masterdata Management & Organization Structure

• Should have an excellent exposure to ASAP & Activate Methodology phases and deliverables
• Good Understanding on LSMW/ LTMC / SAP Queries & Solution Manager
• Minimum ABAP debugging skills
• Understanding of SAP Fiori apps

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) / SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Functional Consultant to lead solution design, configuration, implementation, support, and enhancement activities across SAP maintenance and asset management processes.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, maintenance planners, and technical teams to transform maintenance operations using SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance processes, along with end-to-end implementation experience.

• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend industry best practices.
• Collaborate with business users during workshops, testing, training, and go-live support activities.
• Support incident resolution, root cause analysis, and enhancement requests.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP development teams.
• Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production validation.
• Deliver user training sessions and knowledge transfer programs.
• Support hypercare and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Provide Support as per defined SLAs
• Business Process Validation and support
• Create and Update maintenance Master Data
• Analysis , Solution Design for Incident/ Enhancement
• Should have created Test scripts, User Manuals and Configuration guides
• SAP Configuration changes
• Unit Testing & Integration Testing
• Training (Adhoc and Support end user)

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 a year
