SAP PMO Job Req Specific requirements for new PM/SM role
This PMSM will manage work in both SAP IT and IT Development. These projects are very technically specific and will require resources with some domain understanding and experience. Compared to our traditional SAP stand alone projects, these are less functionality focused, so other than the Sourcing Project, there are few required SAP functional modules to source.

General Requirements:
" Prior experience managing cloud software projects
Experience managing large, complex projects with multiple work streams, leading combined communications across scrum teams and coordinating deliverables to avoid conflict/collisions with others teams and projects
" 5+ years general experience with SAP S/4HANA cloud modules
" Experience with SAP Sourcing, GRC and SOLMAN
" Experience managing external vendors in agile ceremonies and process
" Proven experience managing implementation projects with work efforts shared across multiple 3rd party vendors and/or system integrators
" Certified Scrum Master and at least 3+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master leading software development teams actively applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory, and knowledge of additional Agile approaches (Scaled Agile, Kanban)
" Must have capability to function as a Scrum Master for 3 teams with no conflicts
Ability to manage planning projects that may become critical as part of M&A activities

Project #1- Two components:
SOLMAN to Cloud
Implement SAP Cloud ALM across NS SAP landscape to replace the aging Solution Manager 7.2. The implementation will occur in three phases: (1) Application and Business Process Monitoring, (2) Change Management for BTP transports using CTMS, and (3) Change Management for S/4HANA ABAP transports using CTS. The project will establish a unified operations and change management platform, including monitoring for cloud applications such as BTP, Datasphere, SAC, and SuccessFactors.

GRC to SAP S/4 Private Cloud
SAP is releasing SAP GRC 26, which requires SAP HANA as the underlying database. To prepare for adoption of GRC 26, the existing SAP GRC 12.0 system must first be migrated from on-prem DB2 to Private Cloud HANA DB server.

Project #2
SAP S/4 Source To Pay & Ariba
Implement a unified, automated, and fully integrated procurement ecosystem using SAP S4 and Ariba. These enhancements streamline the entire source to pay process by standardizing requisitioning, purchasing, contracting, invoicing, and reporting. Simplified workflows reduce manual touchpoints, minimize system exceptions, and ensure consistent policy enforcement across the business. Deep integration between Ariba modules and S/4 enables synchronized data flow for vendors, purchase orders, contracts, and invoices, improving accuracy and reducing rework. The solution provides real time visibility into spend, contract compliance, and supplier performance through consolidated analytics and dashboards.

Project #3
Rail Health
Design and implement a Rail Health Management Dashboard within the existing Rail Planning Interface (RPI) to support rail testing and rail grinding planning, scheduling, execution tracking, and compliance visibility. The Rail Health Management Dashboard will be built within the existing Angular-based Rail Planning Interface (RPI). The solution must leverage existing authentication, authorization, navigation patterns, and UI standards already established in RPI.
