Detailed job description:
Skill Set: Hands on experience on SAP Procurement Buying and Invoicing in all areas from requisitioning to Ok2PAY, approval, e-invoicing set up, catalogue management and Guided Buying. Preferred to have knowledge on SAP ECC/ S4 HANA procurement process. PO Set up experience for transmission to Supplier from Ariba PTP to AN, manual, Fax, mail. Must have worked on Ariba- PTP, SAP Ariba Supplier Network & Supplier enablement & Configurations related to Ariba Buyer Side Set up for integration to Ariba network Integrations of Ariba PTP to SAP Systems Ariba CIG for all downstream transactions. Technical integration of purchase orders (direct and indirect), Confirmation/GR, Invoices, Credit/Debit memos, Master data with technical aspect as Direct Connectivity, Web-service using Ariba CIG for Ariba Buying & Invoicing. Suit integrations for Contract Compliance. Experience on Must have for Ariba PTP full set of transactions & Configurations, Master data loads, integrations including all Admin Activities for all configurations, User Management etc. Working with employees to establish and achieve clear, measurable performance objectives that link to organizational goals Manages customer and internal team member's expectations to optimize productivity and increase impact of solutions. Coordination in cross-functional team and with other geographically distributed engineering teams Manages internal and external resources to optimize client impact within project budget, timeline, supplier onboarding and other deliverables.
