We are looking foraSAP Production Support Professional in our Broken Arrow, OK location. We are seeking an experienced SAP Production Support person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for the Siemens Spiridon SAP system with main focus on Production Planning (PP), Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management/Warehouse Management (MM/WM) modules. However, a solid grasp of Project Systems (PS), ERP Systems and Quality Management (QM) should either be known or developed. The candidate will work closely with the business users to ensure that the system is running smoothly and efficiently, resolve day to day problems, provide support for system changes advised by Siemens Corporate and train users on the Siemens Spiridon SAP system. Global coordination with the SherpaX implementation team so that BKA SAP can be implemented based on the OneTech Company and SherpaX initiatives You'll make a difference by: Provide technical support and maintenance for the SAP manufacturing system. Primarily on-site to validate SAP actions, support manufacturing, and collaborate with colleagues. Work closely with business users to ensure that the system is running smoothly and efficiently. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP. The main focus is with PP, SD and MM modules but a basic understanding of FICO is desired. Understand the flow from Design Engineering to Order Engineering and assist either department with SAP related issues. Expert on BOM usages and types. Update and maintain plant-level material master data, coordinating actions with various groups. Work as member of Broken Arrow COGI team to fix and resolve COGI. Provide feedback to responsible persons on how to eliminate repetitive COGI caused by user error or process problem. Expert in running reports from SAP and searching for specific data as needed or requested by Management or Users. Must be able to manipulate exported SAP data in Excel. Develop and maintain documentation related to the Switchgear SAP processes. Participate in testing and implementation of new functionality or upgrades related to the Switchgear SAP modules. Coordinate with the Siemens Corporate SAP support personnel to suggest new or improved functionality. Deliver training to end-users on Switchgear / Siemens transactions and process flows. Assist with Master Data updates and Engineering Changes as needed. Assist as needed with the intra-company business.
