Key Responsibilities · Lead and manage multiple concurrent SAP ASE subscription projects from initiation through post-go-live support.
- Own end-to-end Project Lifecycle (PLC) execution, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines are clearly defined, tracked, and achieved.
- Serve as the single point of accountability for all project communications with business stakeholders, finance, IS&T teams, and executive leadership.
- Facilitate Business Requirements Definition (BRD) discussions and lead gap analysis sessions to align business needs with SAP solutions.
- Drive solution design discussions in collaboration with internal IS&T teams and ASE engineers.
- Manage SAP Global Governance approvals, including preparation and delivery of design playback presentations and resolution of feedback.
- Coordinate with technical teams to manage configuration and development timelines, identifying and mitigating dependencies across teams.
- Lead IT testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, resolving issues, managing risks, and ensuring full stakeholder engagement throughout testing cycles.
- Ensure successful project go-live, including cutover planning, launch readiness, and completion of all post-launch activities.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and conflicts, and negotiate effective resolutions to keep programs on track.
- Maintain strong cross-functional alignment by ensuring IS&T and delivery teams are well-prepared, informed, and engaged at every stage of the project lifecycle.
Salary Range: $90,000-$145,000 a year
