Thinking Minds' client is looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the lifecycle of ERP implementations. This role is crucial for ensuring successful project initiation through completion. The candidate will work closely with analysts and business stakeholders to capture functional needs and provide change leadership, implementing best practice solutions across SAP MM, PP, SD, and TM.
Ideal Candidate Should Have
• SAP Project Management experience
• Experience in ERP implementations
• PMP Certification (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business
• Strong problem-solving skills
Role Overview
The SAP Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of SAP implementations. This includes creating project charters, monitoring budgets, and organizing project milestones. The role involves coordinating with business process owners and IT analysts to define requirements, facilitating User Acceptance Testing, and ensuring successful cutover activities. The manager will also handle master data and variant configuration setup, and manage consultants and external system integrators.
