Must Have Technical/Functional Skills\n\n Deep expertise in complex manufacturing processes, engineering-driven production, and SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing capabilities, with hands-on experience implementing SAP DM in Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Make-to-Order (MTO), Make-to-Stock or complex process & discrete based manufacturing environments.\n Experience with RISE with SAP transformation programs.\n Experience of Working in Global template deployment projects\n Strong understanding of: Cloud Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), production automation, and integrating these systems with SAP's core ERP modules\n Experience of project execution using Agile or Agile-Hybrid methodology\n Create technical and functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW) to meet specific business needs.\n \nRoles & Responsibilities\n\n Drive solution design and discovery with business stakeholders.\n Define scalable manufacturing and engineering process architecture aligned with SAP Best Practices and RISE with SAP standards.\n Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and identify process gaps, enhancements, and optimization opportunities.\n Provide leadership for manufacturing transformation initiatives across engineering, production, quality, and supply chain.\n Configure and implement SAP Digital Manufacturing capabilities including Manufacturing BOMs, Routings and work instructions, Shop floor execution, Production versions\n Support migration from legacy manufacturing systems to S/4HANA.\n Define master data governance standards for manufacturing objects.
