We are looking for an experienced Lead Consultant SAP S/4HANA EAM (Plant Maintenance) to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM), SAP Fiori, and asset management processes.
<.> Must Have Skills
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
- Strong experience in SAP Fiori application development and customization.
- Expertise in Work Order Management, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance Execution.
- Experience integrating SAP PM with Materials Management (MM), Asset Accounting (FI-AA), and HR modules.
- Strong knowledge of Equipment Master Data and Functional Locations.
- Experience with Asset Lifecycle Management and maintenance planning.
<.> Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) and EAM solutions.
- Develop and customize SAP Fiori applications for maintenance processes.
- Implement preventive maintenance, work order management, notifications, and maintenance planning.
- Configure equipment master data and functional location hierarchies.
- Optimize asset lifecycle management processes and improve equipment reliability.
- Integrate SAP PM with MM, FI-AA, and HR modules.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and production support.
- Provide end-user training and technical guidance to maintenance teams.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver SAP solutions.
