Role Summary
We are seeking a strategic SAP S/4HANA Finance Architect to drive finance transformation, migration, and implementation projects for our clients. This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role focused on implementation, not day-to-day support activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle SAP FICO implementation and migration projects (ECC to S/4HANA) using methodologies like SAP Activate.
Serve as a strategic leader and client-facing expert, conducting workshops with business stakeholders, designing "to be" processes, and ensuring client buy-in.
Engage in pre-sales activities, conceptualizing solutions, and generating Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for potential clients.
Design and implement advanced finance solutions using advanced analytics, including Python and machine learning, for applications such as high-accuracy reconciliation models.
Provide techno-functional expertise, covering SAP FICO modules (A/R, A/P, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis) and managing technical teams for customizations and enhancements.
Manage onshore and offshore teams and coordinate project activities.
Required Qualifications
Extensive SAP FICO experience (14+ years preferred, 20+ years cited on some candidates), with a strong background in S/4HANA.
Proficiency in S/4HANA 2022 and ECC 6.0, with expertise in areas like Product Costing (CO-PC), Actual Costing, Material Ledger, FSCM, and Asset Accounting.
Strong verbal communication skills are essential for the rigorous interview process.
Willingness to relocate to Carmel, IN, or Atlanta, GA. Relocation to the area is expected within 2 months of joining.
Openness to 30-70% travel, including weekly travel initially until relocation is complete.
Hiring Process

Benefits
Base Salary Range: $110,000 – $140,000 per annum, contingent upon technical evaluation results. (Base salary for consultant-level roles starts around $90K–$110K, with senior roles generally capped at $135K base).
Total Compensation: Base salary plus standard benefits
