Description
Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a SAP S/4HANA PTR - Business Readiness Lead / Consultant for their Dearborn, MI location.
Responsibilities:
Lead business readiness for SAP module launch, including process walkthroughs, impact assessment, UAT coordination, stakeholder readiness, training inputs and cutover adoption activities.
Partner with business SMEs, product teams, integration teams and program governance stakeholders to close launch risks, dependencies and open decisions.
Prepare and maintain functional/technical documentation, test evidence, cutover inputs, issue logs, readiness checkpoints and launch sign-off materials.
Drive defect triage and resolution coordination during SIT, UAT, dress rehearsal, cutover and post-launch stabilization windows.
The PTR - Business Readiness role will support the launch of SAP/System capabilities for the IERP program.
The role focuses on readiness, delivery execution, validation and go-live coordination so that the assigned module or technical component can launch with controlled risks and clear ownership.

Required skill set:
SAP Plan-to-Report (P2R) Business Readiness skills include expertise in Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Record-to-Report processes, period-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
The role requires strong capabilities in business process readiness, data validation, UAT/testing, change management, user training, and cutover planning
Knowledge of internal controls, compliance, governance, and post-go-live hypercare support is essential to ensure accurate financial operations and successful ERP adoption.
