Role: SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant
Location: Onsite - Mason, OH
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Implement and support Service Management (SM) processes in SAP S/4HANA.
- Configure and customize S/4 Service Management modules (Service Orders, Service Contracts, Service Billing, Resource Planning).
- Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Integrate Service Management with SD, MM, FI, and CS modules.
- Provide issue resolution, enhancements, and end-user training.
Required Skills:
- Required SAP experience, with at least 2–3 full-cycle implementations in S/4HANA Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of Service Orders, Service Contracts, Billing, and Customer Interaction in S/4.
- Understanding of related modules (SD, MM, FI, CS).
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
