SAP S/4HANA Service & Warranty Lead – Automotive
Location: (Newark, CA)
Work Model: Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite Mandatory
Rate: DOE

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on Service and Warranty domains.
  • Hands-on expertise in:
    • SAP S/4HANA Service or SAP CS
    • SAP Warranty Management
    • Service Orders, Notifications, and Settlement
  • Strong understanding of automotive after-sales operations and dealer ecosystems.
  • Experience leading enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
  • Experience integrating SAP with:
    • Salesforce Service Cloud / Field Service
    • Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
    • External warranty/adjudication platforms
  • Working knowledge of:
    • IDocs
    • APIs
    • Integration architecture patterns
    • Middleware platforms such as Workato
  • Strong stakeholder communication and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to mentor teams and drive cross-functional solution alignment.
