Required Qualifications- 10+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on Service and Warranty domains.
- Hands-on expertise in:
- SAP S/4HANA Service or SAP CS
- SAP Warranty Management
- Service Orders, Notifications, and Settlement
- Strong understanding of automotive after-sales operations and dealer ecosystems.
- Experience leading enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Experience integrating SAP with:
- Salesforce Service Cloud / Field Service
- Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
- External warranty/adjudication platforms
- Working knowledge of:
- IDocs
- APIs
- Integration architecture patterns
- Middleware platforms such as Workato
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to mentor teams and drive cross-functional solution alignment.
